The AT&T Performing Arts Center is a multi-venue destination that houses and fosters creativity — expanding access to the arts for students and families across North Texas.

Their site no longer reflected their role as a vibrant cultural hub — both in messaging and in functionality. The outdated, cumbersome system made it challenging for patrons to take full advantage of the Center’s offerings and make the most of their visit.

Visually, it didn’t match the stunning experience of attending a show at one of the Center’s exceptional venues — such as the Winspear Opera House and the Wyly Theatre — or the amazing personal service patrons have come to expect.

We tapped into our expertise as a trusted partner of Tessitura — a digital CRM platform used by arts and culture organizations around the world. To deliver the best experience, we developed a custom Tessitura integration with 19 seat maps and a custom TNEW integration to enhance e-commerce sales.
