Challenge

Keeping the Public Updated on Numerous Projects

As a leader in construction program management, PROCEDEO oversees projects in the education and municipal sectors. In 2021, Fort Worth ISD voters approved a major bond package, primarily to renovate the district’s aging middle schools. Once PROCEDEO was awarded management of the $1.2 billion bond package, the company needed a way to keep the public informed — no small task for a program spanning 27 projects.

Solution

Surfacing Critical Stats and Next Steps

Our team created the Fort Worth ISD 2021 bond site, which includes an overview of the program, a map displaying each project and 27 project pages with context about scope, including budget and timeline. By merging data and design, the site clearly communicates updates throughout the lifecycle of each project.

“These hubs make this information accessible, helping our partners to stay transparent, not just to their clients, but to their clients’ stakeholders and anyone impacted.”

Impact

Transparency That Serves Fort Worth ISD and Beyond

Anyone can use the site as a resource to see what’s happening — offering the public a deeper level of transparency. As projects advance, PROCEDEO can refresh project pages with snapshots about progress, offering technical updates in a more digestible form. Trade partners can also use the site to see open vendor opportunities.
