Who Wants a Flying Car Anyway?

A mountain range with 2020 behind it.

It’s 2020. Weren’t we supposed to have flying cars by now?

At Lifeblue’s annual planning day, our entire company examined how we can better drive innovation for our partners, and one thing quickly became clear:

Transformation doesn’t need a milestone date. It needs intentionality.

To transform a partner’s business requires us to constantly examine our progress, check our goals and adapt accordingly. We should be able to track the impact we make and prove that our solutions perform to the highest level.

So during this year’s planning day, our teams spent time working on actionable solutions that will lead to transformation. Across all of our crafts, from design to development to operations, we workshopped ideas to help us build even deeper relationships with you in the year ahead.

By the end of the day, we built an authentic, viable process to reach our overarching goal for 2020: meaningful innovation.

We’re off to a good start: On designated “Demo Days,” we wrap up the week by presenting our projects to one another, asking insightful questions and fostering solution-focused discussions. That internal feedback loop is critical to our ability to drive results for our partners.

In the next 12 months, we won’t try to build you a flying car.

Instead, we’ll focus on helping you transform your business so you can create real impact for years to come.
