After almost two years away from our company’s home at the top of Granite Park 5, we’ve decided to move to a space on the second floor of the same building. It’s a smaller space than we had, and its design represents a shift in how we see the future of work.
Our move represents a break with the inertia of doing things either the old way (in-person only) or the pandemic way (Zoom fatigue). We’re excited about our new space because it’s designed with an emphasis on collaborating, both in person and remotely — or even both at the same time.
Our time away from a dedicated office space helped us evolve. By embracing the possibilities of remote work, we’ve been able to build the best possible team, regardless of ZIP code.
Today, we are a hybrid workforce, with a team made up of top talent distributed across North America.
As always, our doors are open to you — whether in person or virtually. We’re equipped with as-needed work stations, meeting rooms with A/V capability and even a phone booth for quick, private calls. (And of course, we also have a beautiful kitchen, where you can pour a cup of fancy coffee with us.) We’re also being intentional about safety, with policies in place to follow the latest guidelines and expert advice — and the flexibility to meet the comfort levels of those in the room.
Our new arrangement will reflect our priorities and help us continue leading the conversation about the future of work. We are embracing functional flexibility, being intentional about when and how we meet — as well as how we help one another bring our best selves to work, wherever that may be.
We know that by design, the nature of how we work will never stop evolving.
