We’re so excited to be named one of the Top 100 Best Places to Work in North Texas for 2019 by the Dallas Business Journal!

Out of hundreds of nominations, Lifeblue earned a spot in the small company category for businesses with 25-49 employees. The DBJ’s anonymous staff survey about everything from benefits to workspace and support from leader determined the winners of the 17th annual award.

“It’s so meaningful for Lifeblue to be named one of the Best Places to Work by the Dallas Business Journal because it’s a direct result of how fulfilled our team members feel,” Director of Culture Caitlin Studley said. “We’re constantly striving to improve and always encourage people to bring their whole selves to work. I believe this honor is a culmination of that effort.”

Lifeblue Culture

Our culture informs everything we do. We put our people first. For instance, we have offerings like generous paid parental leave, weekly lunch and learns, and our beautiful new office where we host company yoga sessions on our balcony. As a Certified B Corp, we balance purpose and profit for the betterment of the community. For us, that starts with how we treat our clients and our colleagues.

This year’s group of top workplace honorees features 36 companies new to the list compared to 2018. 64 have been recognized in previous years, according to the Dallas Business Journal.

“It gives us great pride to break into such a competitive field. Most importantly, we’re proud that our people are so passionate about the workplace they’ve helped build together,” Lifeblue CEO Nicki Purcell said. “Our mission is work with a purpose and the people who work here focus on that goal – from helping our clients make an impact on the world to supporting one another’s successes. That’s what truly makes this the best place to work.”
