It’s hard to believe September is almost here. It feels like March was only a year and a half ago.
(And the jokes keep rolling in during a year that defies description.)
The New Normal
But seriously, folks: The “new normal” isn’t magically going to present itself. Rather, it’s going to be written by those who move quickly into the opportunities 2020 has created.
Opportunities to move forward
The ones who are hungry enough to move forward, even if the finish line isn’t fully in view.
The ones who know that when it seems like you are stuck, the first step is the best step.
At Lifeblue, when we talk about being iterative as web developers, as strategists or as business builders, a common refrain is: “Don’t let perfect be the enemy of good.” It’s a reminder that progress drives results, and results inform innovation.
Country Music Hall of Fame
We loved helping our partners at Hatch Show Print – traditionally a tourist destination, along with the Country Music Hall of Fame – launch their online shop so they could get back to selling the beautiful, one-of-a-kind handmade prints that have been their specialty since 1879.
Heinz History Center
And we’re excited to have helped the Heinz History Center — one of our many partners using our newly created ticketing tool TurnStyle — start selling tickets online for the first time ever. Through TurnStyle’s new features and ongoing development, we are helping arts and culture institutions venture into the uncertain future with better preparation, better tools and better insights.
These recent launches may not be cure-alls for the challenges our partners face, but they are important steps to keep business moving forward.
And “forward” is our most important direction right now.
